  3. Now use rolling pin and flatten the discs and make round medium discs (again use as less dry flour as you can)
  4. Heat the tawa on medium low flame. Flip the bread twice on your palms and put it on the tawa. Keep the flame on medium high.
  5. Let the colour change and a few bubbles appear, about 1 minute and flip it.
  6. Now after 30 seconds rotate the bread on tawa and then keep it direct on flame to fluff. Roti/PhulkaRoti/Phulka1. Flip and keep the other side on direct flame for 10 sec. Remove it and keep in a kitchen cloth to keep it soft and hot.
  7. Serve with any gravy dish and enjoy.

I also make rolls for the brown bag with these as they stay soft for hours and hours. They do take a little practise but will try and explain the process as clearly as possible.
